We are women of ALL the world.
We are women who believe that all the world is home and all the women are each other's sisters.
We are teachers, writers, artists, coaches, politicians, entrepreneurs, mothers, daughters, businesswomen, employers, employees, city-girls, island women, traditional and modern, stay-at-home and travelers, women of all ages, women for all the ages.
We create the world we want to live in, all over the world.

Each year, we invite some of the world's most accomplished, passionate, competent and articulate women to meet on a Caribbean island for three days of connection, communication and contribution. The result, as you could well imagine, could only be a fruitful convergence - of wisdom, laughter, work, play, give and take - pure feminine magnificence.
We are striving for a world where the special capacities of women are highly-prized and fully-utilised.
What We Believe
We believe passionately in the power of women to affect lives, improve communities and change the world.
We believe in the power that women uniquely possess to bring forward the ancient wisdoms and insights that we carry in our bones and meld them with the newest technologies and the most newly discovered information, to support families and communities, colleagues and industries, and every single facet in every single area of human living.
We believe that connecting women, creating space for women to network and communicate on purpose, is our purpose.
How We Work
ANTILLIA is an intellectual, emotional, professional and social confab.
We bring together some of the most accompllished, fascinating and inspiring women we can find and challenge them to share the passions of their lives, generate ideas and plan world-changing collaborations.
ANTILLIA connects women and creates space for them to share strategies, insights and resources, chellenge prevailing assumptions, and develop collaborative solutions for some of women's most critical issues.
Our vision for ANTILLIA is threefold: to be the foremost organisation which connects and energises communities of women around the world; be the forum of choice for sharing knowledge, wisdom and resources from and mong the world's women; be a catalyst for advancing women's social, economic and political leadership.
We believe passionately in the power of women to affect lives, improve communities and change the world, and that's exactly what we created ANTILLIA to do.
